What Healthcare Reform mandate did the President recently change?

The President recently announced that the requirement that employers provide health insurance for employees has been delayed for some employers.  Employers with more than 50 employees are still required to provide health insurance in 2014 for their employees or face penalties.  Those with fewer than 50 employees will have an additional year before they must provide health insurance.  These requirements will still face court challenges.
